High graduation rates: Frankton-Lapel Community Schools has consistently maintained graduation rates above the state average. 96.6% of students graduated in the 2013-2014 school year, 95.1% of students graduated in the 2014-2015 school year, and 96% of students graduated in the 2015-2016 school year.
Numerous high school clubs: Students can make friends and enjoy their favorite activities while participating in school clubs and organizations. Frankton Junior/Senior High School offers a variety of academic and athletic clubs (including band, student council, and history club); Lapel High School also offers plenty of service clubs (FCCLA and National Honors Society, to name a few).
1:1 Initiative: Frankton-Lapel Community Schools is committed to providing one electronic learning device (such as a laptop) for each student in 4th grade through 12th grade. Students have the option of purchasing a device from the school system or bringing one from home.
Preschool (age 4): This school district offers a preschool program for young children who live in the area. Classes are offered on half-day or full-day schedules.
Early Childhood Program (special education, ages 3-5): Children who live in the Frankton-Lapel Community Schools and have special needs can participate in special education preschool classes with this school system. Classes are held at Frankton Elementary School.
